There wasnt really anything else I had to do. Singings really all the fun you get in a straight-jacket. With every word I sung soft blue lights flickered in front of me. They rose, fell, expanded, retracted and when I was done, they winked out like the flame on a candle. I had synesthesia, its a condition where your senses are blended, in my case my sight and hearing are switched; I can see noise, but its a bit more complex than that.

I'm thinking of rewriting Feng's Fall of Hodal thingy actually, any advice?

Hyperventalation City!
Not really =/
I was just reading it again, and I thought it deserved a fav.
I'd say to try not to dwell on your past stuff much. If you want to tell the story differently, or change a few facts, then why not try telling it from someone else's point of view.
Maybe from Keasaki so you can define his character. Or if you still want Feng's point of view, then maybe from Phoenix's mum's POV.
Just some ideas.

I might try those in a rewrite, or in a different fic.
Poor Keisaki and Aeda do need to...y'know...exist >_>
